Optimum started on a job site, not in a boardroom. Justin built this company to do roofs the way he wanted his own home done — straight answers, coastal-grade materials, and a phone that gets picked up. Jon Jon runs sales and is who most homeowners meet first.
How we got here
Built on a Gulf Coast job site.
Justin Lutheran founded Optimum Roofing Pros after 15+ years on Alabama Gulf Coast roofs — through hurricanes, repair calls at 2 a.m., and the kind of summer heat that tells you fast whether a crew can be trusted. He runs the company day-to-day, with one standard: do the work the way he'd want his own home done — straight answers, coastal-grade materials, and the owner on every job.
Jon Jon Frizzel runs sales. He's the first person most homeowners talk to on the phone, walks every roof, and writes the estimates. Same Gulf Coast roots, same 15+ years of experience here.
We work out of Stapleton and serve Baldwin and Mobile counties top to bottom. If you call, one of us picks up.

Justin started Optimum after 15+ years on Gulf Coast roofs — tired of watching homeowners get the run-around from out-of-town crews and impossible-to-reach 800-numbers. He runs the company day-to-day and is on most jobs from tear-off to final walk.
Jon Jon leads sales. He's the first person most homeowners meet — on the phone, on the roof, and on the written estimate. Same phone number, same standard, start to finish.

Inspect
Free roof check, climbed and photographed. You see what we see, with the photos to back it up.
Step 2
Quote
Clear, itemized number after the inspection — never a phone guess. We walk through it with you.
Step 3
Install
Tear-off, deck check, underlayment, flashing, and shingles or metal. Built to manufacturer spec.
Step 4
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty on materials plus our labor warranty in writing. Final walk before we close out.
In the community
Stapleton is home.
We live here. Our kids go to school here. When a neighbor gets hit by a storm, we're on the next road over — not flying in from another state. We support local churches, schools, and youth sports in Baldwin County.
