These terms cover how you can use the Optimum Roofing Pros website (optimumroofingpros.com). The site is operated by Optimum Logistics LLC, a family-run roofing company based in Stapleton, Alabama. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. We've written them in plain English on purpose.

Using this site

You can browse, read, and download anything we've published here for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can't copy or republish our content, our brand marks, or our photos somewhere else without our written permission. The Optimum Roofing Pros name and logo are our trademarks.

No guarantee of availability

The site lists service areas and the kinds of work we do, but that doesn't guarantee we're available on a particular day or for a particular job. Inspection availability depends on weather, scheduling, and how busy storm season is. We'll tell you honestly when we can get to your roof.

Quotes and estimates

Any pricing you see on this site is general. A real estimate only comes after one of our team walks the roof or reviews your photos in detail. Final pricing and scope are spelled out in a written agreement before any work starts.

Photos you upload

When you upload photos of your roof, you keep ownership of those photos. You're granting us permission to use them only for the purpose of inspecting your property, preparing a quote, and documenting the job we may do for you. We will not publish your photos publicly or use them in marketing without asking first.

Information you give us

When you submit a form, you're confirming the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Don't send us anything that's not yours to send.

What we don't guarantee

We do our best to keep the site accurate, but content on the site is for general information. We don't guarantee the site is error-free, available 24/7, or fit for any particular purpose. Anything that requires a real decision about your roof should be confirmed with a written quote from us, not with the website by itself.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Alabama law, Optimum Roofing & Restoration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using this site. Our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us for site-related services (which, for most visitors, is zero).

This does not limit our responsibilities under any written contract you sign with us for actual roofing work — those are governed by the contract.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link out to manufacturers, insurance carriers, or other businesses. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

Disputes

If we ever have a dispute that we can't solve with a phone call, it will be handled under the laws of the State of Alabama. Venue for any legal action will be in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
