Tarped today?

(251) 406-3624

Jon Jon or Justin will pick up. If we can't answer immediately, we call back within the hour during daylight.

Same-day tarping when weather permits a safe climb.

What homeowners feel

Four reasons folks call this number.

Active drip inside the home

Drip into a ceiling, a light fixture, or an attic deck. Every hour the leak runs, drywall gets worse.

Storm just hit

Shingles off, vents leaning, valley exposed. The home needs immediate stabilization before the next rain band.

Tree limb through the deck

Hole in the roof, water in the attic, exposed framing. Same-day priority.

Out-of-town call

Neighbor or property manager spotted water in the soffit while you are away. We coordinate access and stabilize.

Right now

Five things to do before we get there.

Quick steps that protect the house and your future claim.

  1. 1

    Get safe and dry

Move belongings out of the drip path. Set buckets. Cut power to wet rooms.

  2. 2

    Photograph everything

Wide shots of the ceiling, room, and exterior. Save these — your insurance may need them.

  3. 3

    Call us

    (251) 406-3624. We aim for same-day tarping where it's safe to climb.

  4. 4

    Stay off the roof

Wet shingles are slick. Let us handle the climb. We carry harnesses, anchors, and the right tarp.

  5. 5

    Save your receipts

Hotel, food, anything you spent because of the leak. Many policies reimburse loss-of-use.

How it works

From your call to a dry house.

  1. Step 1

    Call the main line

Tell us a leak is active. We re-sequence the day to get you stabilized.

  2. Step 2

    Tarp the leak

Tarp on the roof, weighted and fastened, with attic ventilation in mind.

  3. Step 3

    Document for the claim

Photos of the source and the tarp position go to you and your insurer.

  4. Step 4

    Schedule the real repair

Once the home is safe, we schedule the full fix with you on your timeline.

When to expect us

Honest timing.

Same day

If you call before noon and the weather allows a safe climb, we aim to be on site the same day for an emergency tarp.

Next morning

After-hours calls and active-storm conditions push the tarp to first light the next day. We do not climb in the dark or in lightning.

Permanent repair

Permanent repair is usually scheduled within the same week once materials are matched and the deck is dry.

What we bring

On the truck for every emergency call.

Heavy reinforced tarps

Sized to the roof slope and weighted appropriately for Gulf Coast wind.

Sandbags, fasteners, ridge boards

Anchoring system that protects the shingle while the tarp does its job.

Temporary flashing for penetrations

Where the leak is at a pipe boot or vent, we tarp around the penetration without removing it.

Interior protection

Plastic and absorbent material to limit damage inside while the source is stabilized.

Warranty

Emergency repair warranty.

Permanent repairs carry our stabilization-only workmanship warranty. Emergency tarps are temporary stabilization — they buy time for the real repair, not a long-term solution.
