What to expect

We won't waste your afternoon.

A roof check with us is usually 20 to 40 minutes on site. We climb the roof when it's safe, photograph the parts that matter, and walk you through what we found in plain English. If the roof has life left, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll explain why and what the options look like.

You don't need to be home for the inspection, but most homeowners want to be. Either works.
