Optimum Logistics LLC (doing business as Optimum Roofing Pros) is a family-run roofing company in Stapleton, Alabama. What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site or call us, we may collect:

• Your name and the phone number you give us.
• Your email address, if you share it.
• The address of the property you want us to look at.
• Any photos or descriptions you upload of your roof or damage.
• Notes you choose to send in the message field.

We also automatically collect basic technical data when you visit the site, like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you looked at. That data helps us understand which parts of the site are working and which need fixing.

Why we collect it

The information you send us is used to:

• Call or text you back about your roof.
• Schedule a free inspection.
• Write an accurate estimate.
• Document an insurance claim if that's what you need.
• Send you follow-up information about the work we'd do.

That's it. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third-party marketers. We don't rent it out.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of standard service providers to run the site and our business. They only see what they need to do their job:

• CallRail or a similar call-tracking provider — if we attach a tracking number to a phone call, so we know where the call came from.
• Our form provider — to deliver your message to our inbox.

We may also share information if a court orders us to, or if it's needed to protect someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we're actively working with you, plus a reasonable record-keeping period for warranty and tax purposes after the job is done. If you ask us to delete it, we will — except for what we have to keep by law.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS encryption. Internally we keep your records in business software with password protection. We don't store credit card numbers on this site — payment is handled separately when a job is scheduled.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to: see what we have on file, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. If you're on our text list and want to stop hearing from us, just reply STOP. If you joined an email list, every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies — small text files that help the site remember you between visits and let us measure traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.

Children

This site is for homeowners. We don't market to children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
